Our Mission

Common Ground Cooperative (CGC) provides individualized services and education to children, families, and communities in need of academic and social-emotional support with a foundation in behavior analysis. We value each family and community's distinct views, ethics, and treatment preferences, and vow to operate with respect and socially valid treatment for each client.

Meet the Founders

We believe in the strength and potential of individuals working in a community spirit of collaboration as a means of problem solving. It is with that spirit that this team began its journey. Our passionate team consists of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, MNPS Teachers (including both Exceptional Educators and General Educators), and individuals with experience in Social Work, Public Administration, and Child Development. We look forward to expanding capacity by growing our network to provide collaborative opportunities with a diverse group of local partners.
